To return an item(s), please include a copy of the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to our address that appears at the top of the packaging slip. In order to receive replacement product/s, the original goods must be returned within 14 business days of order date - providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Defective items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased.
